How does it work?
The first thing to mention is that our services are completely FREE of charge for all candidates/applicants!
Whether you are applying for a specific job of contacting us on a speculative basis, we would ask you to send us a copy of your CV (firstname.lastname@example.org), ideally in Microsoft Word format. Sample/Guide CVs are available on request.
We will then have a chat in order establish what sort of job you are looking for, where your specific skills lie, and how best we can match you up with a suitable job/employer.
The process is very straightforward. Unlike many recruitment agencies, we take a very personal approach to dealing with our candidates and are always happy to help and advise where we can.
Candidates coming from abroad
As you will no doubt be aware, candidates from most EU countries are entitled to working in the UK without restriction, and due to the staff shortages in many sectors in the UK, we are always happy to hear from skilled foreign applicants.
We have also recently extended our service to cover the Australasian market as well.
Our consultants speak English and German, which may be of significant benefit to some candidates. We do of course welcome applications from all nationalities. We understand how stressful the process of relocating to a new country and starting a new job can be, which is why we do our best to help our candidates settle in and offer advice where we can, whether it be work related or on a personal level.
