Dental Technician – Fitter Role

We are recruiting for a skilled Dental Technician for the role of “Fitter” to support the preparation process in the Ceramics department. You will ensure that analogs, soft tissue, abutments, and copings/frameworks are checked and correctly fitted before passing them to the Ceramist. Collaboration with the CAD team is essential to resolve any issues and provide constructive feedback to help team members grow.

You will work closely with the CTS team, Head of CAMP, Head of CAD, Ceramists, and Head of Finishing to maintain an efficient workflow and address any issues promptly. A structured Personal Development Plan (PDP) will support your growth in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide constructive feedback to CAD team members.
• Collaborate daily with the Head of CAMP, Head of CAD, and Head of Finishing.
• Communicate effectively across departments to resolve issues.
• Help develop team knowledge and skills.
